How does it work
Web sites
If you are ready to build a new web site for your nursery, here is what you can expect:

Sign up – get in touch and we will start straight away

Within seven days, we will send you a draft design of what your new web site could look like. If you do not like it for any reason just let us know and we will either make amendments or create a brand new design for you. We keep doing this until we find a design that you are really happy with

Once you have settled on a design, we go ahead and build the web site based on that. This usually takes 7-14 days so all going well, the new web site will be online within three weeks

We will copy all of your content (text, images, social media links etc.) into the new site for you – you do not need to do anything other than send us the content

We will launch the site for you and run our initial checks to make sure everything is working as expected

We will perform some basic SEO to help get your web site listed in the Google Search rankings

We will put a manual together which is unique to your web site which includes steps on how to log into the site, add new pages, edit content etc. so that you can log in at any time and make changes if you would like to. There’s no need though of course as we also include content updates for free so you can just send us your changes and we will do it all for you.

We will continually monitor and maintain your site for you. This includes running software updates, regular virus scans and multiple other checks to make sure your web site is working as optimally as possible
That’s it! Then if you ever need more pages added, new features setting up, just let us know and we will take care of it all for you.
Search engine optimisation (SEO)
If you have chosen our web site and SEO package, we do all of the bits above plus…
We will work on your site each month to help ensure it is easily found by parents in your local area who are looking for a great nursery for their children.
Having a web site is important but if people cannot find you, it will not be working for you.
Our SEO package is one of the cheapest, easiest and long-term ways to ensure parents can find your web site in Google.
Just like our web site package, we take care of everything for you so there’s no need to worry. Each month we will check where you site is ranking in Google and continually work to improve the rankings with the ultimate aim to get and keep your ranking in top positions in the Google Search results.
For peace of mind, there are three ways to check that the SEO work that we are doing is working.

Analytics – we will set up Google Analytics and send you a regular report so that you can see, from an independent source, how many visitors your web site is getting each month

Rankings – we use some special software to check where your web site is ranking for search terms like ‘nurseries near me’ and keep a spreadsheet of the results each month which we will send to you on a regular basis so that you can see the progress that we are making

Capacity – Is your nursery full? That’s our third measure of success so on a regular basis we will get in touch for a chat to make sure that your rooms are full
